Sensing with Light
Sensing with Light (2018) is an interactive light sculpture that is located in Topham Mall, Adelaide (google maps https://goo.gl/maps/wmq85CN4rJCVyvVYA).
This work has grown out of a long term experimentation with interactivity, it explores different notions of the instrument – both scientific and “musical” – and invites the public to play. It was developed for the City of Adelaide as a creative response to the research carried out by the Institute of Photonics and Advanced Sensing (IPAS https://www.adelaide.edu.au/ipas/) at the University of Adelaide.
